This Exhibit is to be used if the Parties decide, prior to execution of the Design-Build Agreement, to which extent they they will incorporate sustainable design elements, including whether LEED® Certification will be required, under the guidelines of the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED® Rating Systems.
